Product Material

Legs are made in metal or FSC™️-certified (FSC-C028824) wood. Frame in plywood and High-Density Fiberboard (HDF) made from FSC™️-certified (FSC-C028824) wood, zig-zag springs, cold foam, and wadding. Upholstered in high-quality textiles.
EU/US version: Standard and high-resilience polyurethane foam.
UK version: Standard fire retardant polyurethane and combustion-modified high resilience foam.

Designer

Anderssen & Voll

Torbjørn Anderssen and Espen Voll were respectively born in Elverum in 1976 and Trondheim in 1965. They both come from creative backgrounds: Torbjørn is the son of a musician and a teacher, and Espen the son of a ceramist and an architect. Graduates of the Bergen Academy of Art and Design and the Oslo National Academy of Art, they co-founded the Norway Says design group in 2000. Norway Says has pioneered a growing international orientation among Norwegian designers, while drawing international attention to the young, emerging Norwegian design scene.

Anderssen & Voll develop designs that focus on emotion. Their overall aim is to create designs with soul. To animate something inanimate.

Their work covers furniture, lighting, home accessories and textile design for some of Europe's most renowned international brands. Anderssen & Voll has received numerous international awards for its work in furniture, lighting and home accessories, including the Dezeen Award, the Wallpaper Design Awards, the Red Dot and the iF Awards, as well as other awards for best designs and designers of the year.
