Kioski Leiot Unikko Placement sweatshirt 051 - Marimekko

Made of cotton French terry, the Leiot sweatshirt has a relaxed fit and it features the placement print Unikko pattern flower in the front. 25% of the material is made up of regenerated fibers derived from leftover materials from the manufacturing of Marimekko´s jersey products. The sweatshirt has a ribbed O-neck and wide ribbing at the sleeve ends and hemline.

Unikko (poppy), symbolizing creativity, was born in a time when hardly any floral designs were included in Marimekko’s collections. Maija Isola, however, was fascinated by the theme of flowers and decided to create an entire range of novel floral prints.
