“We wanted to give the lamp a form with a certain softness, towards a more natural language and away from pure geometry.

Fascinated by the way surface tension governs the curvature of a drop of water at rest, we tried to capture its essence.

The subtle irregularity of the Fluid pendant lamp means that its silhouette changes gently with the angle of view.

It also brings greater light intensity to the underside of the lamp, just where you need it,” explains Claesson Kovisto Rune.

Claesson Koivisto Rune is a Swedish partnership between Mårten Claesson, Eero Koivisto and Ola Rune, founded in Stockholm in 1995. Originally a firm of architects, it is now an internationally renowned multidisciplinary practice with an equal emphasis on architecture and design.
